At Ascent Mind Institute, we believe that accessing high-quality mental health care should be clear, straightforward, and free from unnecessary barriers. To support this vision, our practice operates on a self-pay model, allowing us to provide personalized, evidence-based care without the limitations often associated with insurance.

While we do not bill insurance directly, we are happy to provide a superbill after each visit. This document can be submitted to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan’s benefits.

Patients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to learn more about out-of-network mental health coverage.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation 60 minutes $300   

Follow-Up Medication Management 20–30 minutes $150   

Ketamine Treatment (Oral Protocol) per session/protocol Pricing discussed during consultation   

Buprenorphine MAT Follow-Up Visits 20–30 minutes $150    

Fees are due at the time of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including HSA/FSA cards, through our secure payment platform.

  Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
